Last 30 min or more my chat lines are taking forever to show up and i can't get through any portals without dcing and err code 40 etc

Didn't they have some maintenance on the servers a week or so ago ? LOL

EU here. Logged on and got a small update, went to change chars and got booted.
Endless 007 and 040's now.

Forgot to mention in my earlier post I am also not able to browse to the Official GW wiki (http://wiki.guildwars.com) or their website (http://www.guildwars.com)... not sure if it's related (I noticed it when I started getting connection problems and wanted to see if they have anything listed), but I can browse every other site and forum without a problem.

I even tried different internet connections, but, it is still the same...

I managed to login again and am busy obs'ing atm, so don't want to change char or travel or even try and do anything else in FEAR of being disconnected ....

I was leveling Acolyte Sousuke, he's level 11, took him and kill lots of enemy cleared around 2 normal map areas starting from sifhalla, then I notice that he's not level up, so i kill some more and reach Umbral Grotto, and before i can enter the town, was disconnected, so i click the reconnect button, and when i was loaded, i am in the town and acolyte sousuke is level 14 lol, but the lag isn't like the hugh 30-50k its 2-5k and then lag out, and reconnect alot. i think the meter is also lag out

too funny.

It does seem very strange...

Maybe they are even having internet line problems again to some (or a specific one) of their data centres... It is odd though that some people are able to play completely fine without any problems. They must have good linespeeds and not a lot of hops to the servers, i.e. good bandwidth and latency = win!
or they are connecting to other servers.

I do find it very distressing too that ANet has not made any official statements.

I've had issues with travelling to the GH, being guildless, not being able to chat in the a-chat (officers and leaders only???), 007 and other errors.
Just now I finished Hell's, only to be kicked out. No droknar's weapon for me >

Yup, problems again. Was able to log in without problems at first, but after 15-20min I wanted to switch district and I errored out. Now I can't log in anymore

This stuff really happens too much lately in the weekends, it is getting pretty damn annoying.

seems logging in with other chars work better than the one you were kicked out with... or I am getting paranoid....

Losing connection in Jade Quarry a lot now. Cannot reconnect back to the game even when asked to reconnect.

Of course, Anet will tell us that it is our ISP's and systems that are causing the lag, despite this successful post and streaming HD video no problem.

just have a JQ match, in the start of the fight, i d/c, reconnected then see everyone in my team standing on the spawn point. Seems everyone in my team(lux side d/c). the kurz was winning 6-1 and having all the shrines capped, i think they were still in the game while we d/c.

It is sure that kurz won that match, but after that both sides got stuck in the mission and I'm having 013.

Hope someone from anet can stand out and say something.

Been disconnecting reconnecting for about an hour or so while doing destruction depths. Finally get to central transfer chamber with -60%DP and BAM!

I have not been getting DCed but am getting a lot of long freezes or pauses and pings are jumping to 15k+ for five to ten seconds at a time, makes playing futile for now.

Its like the servers are getting surges of DOS attacks.
